There is a increasing number of customers who order their coffees to be extracted with the gold filter.
Maruyama Coffee started serving coffees that are extracted with “Cores Gold Filter” for the first time at Nishi-Azabu branch three years ago. Could you share some customer’s responses and feedback?
I have noticed that customers from overseas are generally more interested in the gold filter. Customers who normally use French press tell us that they didn’t know about the gold filter and become interested in them. While we mostly extract our coffees with French press at our cafes, there is a increasing number of customers who order their coffees to be extracted with the gold filter.
We are delighted to see that more and more people are starting to recognize the“Cores” brand and the gold filter, thanks to Maruyama Coffee using “Cores Gold Filter” at their cafes as well as workshops.
To our customers who are starting to buy beans and brew coffees at home.
Lastly, please tell us how Maruyama Coffee would like to develop the customer experience, and your vision for the future.
I think we need to provide more information about coffee to our customers who are starting to buy beans and brew coffees at home. We would also like to grow, not just within the coffee industry, but into other food-related industries.
Maruyama Coffee is involved in the entire process of delivering high quality coffees to their customers and also represent the coffee producer’s passion for their products. They continue to try adopting new technologies and share information. This special interview reminded us of their dedication and passion for everything they do.
